Committee agreed to:-
 
1.       provide the
following comments to Infrastructure Services Committee:-
 

a)       need
to gain assurances regarding the lighting on the site in order to
limit the impact on neighbouring properties;

 

b)      
explore any potential programming of the system that may reduce or
limit the noise impact

 

c)      
consider rewording the proposed conditions to ensure that the
agreement of Aberdeenshire Council is sought before these are
agreed;

 

d)      
provide confirmation and information that community consultation
has taken place; and

 

2.      
indicate to Infrastructure Services Committee a preference for
Option 1 (open configuration) and confirm support for the
application and conditions on this basis.
