Purpose

To provide the Formartine Area Committee with an update on progress in relation to Business Services performance indicators which support the Council Plan priorities 2024-29.

Decision

The Committee approved the recommendations within the report and:

1)    When considering the figures relating to buildings in satisfactory condition, sought clarity on when buildings being sold were removed from the performance figures, and

2)    In noting that the consideration of suitability of buildings did not currently include measures of emissions and contribution towards climate targets, asked the Director to explore whether it would be appropriate to hold a session with the Committee on this matter and how we look at this for the future.
