Councillor Hassan declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 8 as he was the Formartine Area Committee’s appointed member to the Balmedie Leisure Centre Management Committee.  The Centre was referenced in the report but, having applied the objective test, he concluded that he would remain and take part in the determination of the item.

Councillor Nicol declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 6 as she knew some of the residents who had submitted a representation.  Whilst she would always listen to residents’ concerns, she had not provided a view and, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she would remain and take part in the determination of the item.
