Purpose

The statutory requirement is to develop a set of Equality Outcomes every four years setting out what the Integration Joint Board intends to achieve in relation to equality and diversity. A progress report must be published every two years, outlining the action taken, progress made towards the identified Equality Outcomes and how equalities has been mainstreamed across decision making, service planning and delivery.
