Committee agreed to provide the
following comments:-
 

1.  Consider the opportunity for groups
to use approved contractors to install the defibrillators.
(Paragraph 3.7 Draft Policy)

2.  Clarify whether it is branding and
the sign or either of these. (Paragraph 3.3 Draft Policy)

3.  Clarify in the text that it is only
external provision of PADs on Council buildings.

4.  Consider providing a map of
defibrillators on the Council app.

5.  Ensure that the final policy and
documents are proactively provided to community groups.

6.  Concerned about the costs for
installing a defibrillator being charged to the community group
when the Council has disposed of a building.  This is unfair. (Paragraph 7 Minute of
Agreement)
