Also agreed –

(1) amend rec 1.2.2 to add “to recommend to the REP that they consider
reviewing the membership and governance of the Regional Economic
Partnership after a 12 month period”,

(2) amend rec 1.2.4 to require quarterly (not annual) reports,
(3) 2 vacancies to be filled by
Leader (substantive) and Deputy Leader (substitute).
