 The following specific condition:

Any music to be played therein not to exceed what would be
considered to be a reasonable level.
 
The applicant having provided sufficient
evidence to the Board to justify a departure to the Board’s
Policy in that conditions relating to the outside drinking area
should not be attached and the wording of Condition 7 to be amended
to remove the reference to the pool table.
