Content

The
Committee agreed that authority to grant
Full Planning Permission be delegated to the Head
of Planning and Economy subject to:
 

1.  The conclusion of the Section 75 Legal
Agreement,

2.  The conditions within the
report,

3.  Local Members having sight
of, and the opportunity to discuss with officers, the Road
Management Plan for the construction element of the site, before it
is signed off, and

4.  The Road Safety Audit being
updated prior to the commencement of development.
