Councillors Blackett, Ross and
Brown stated that they had a connection to Item 14 by virtue of
being members of Keep Care in our Communities; however, having
applied the objective test they concluded they had no interests to
declare as the paper was connected to performance reporting and was
not a decision-making paper.
 
Councillor Blackett declared an
interest in Item 12 by virtue of part owning a short-term let
property; however, having applied the objective test she concluded
she had no interest to declare as the paper was connected to
performance reporting and was not a decision-making
paper.
 
Councillor Petrie declared an
interest in Item 17 by virtue of being a Member of one of the groups applying for funding and
advised that she would leave the meeting and take no part in the
item.
