In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following statements were made:
 
Item 11 & 12 – Councillor Evison
made a transparency statement by virtue of being the Chair of NHS
Grampian, having applied the objective test she concluded there was
no interest to declare.   
 
Item 6 – Cllr Sullivan made a
transparency statement by virtue of having attended the community
information evenings held by the applicant, having applied the
objective test she concluded that was no interest to declare.
