The Committee agreed that authority to grant
Full Planning Permission be delegated to the Head of Planning and
Economy subject to the conditions detailed within the report, and
subject to:

 
a)   
Condition 2 – the Planning Service to investigate whether the
woodchip can be stored to an industrial standard (if applicable),
and

 
b)   
Condition 5 being modified to read “ The development hereby
approved shall not be brought into operation until erected entirely
in accordance with the details shown on the approved plans. The
exhaust stacks shall not be varied in height or design without a
separate express grant of planning permission by the planning
authority. Reason: To ensure that there is no undue loss of amenity
for surrounding properties.”
