The Committee agreed the recommendations
within the report and further requested:
1.   
The introduction of an evaluation process, to consider the benefit
of informal sessions being held,
2.   
A strategic approach to informal sessions being arranged, to ensure
we maximise potential for attendance and benefit from the sessions,
and
3.   
A process to track the outcomes of the items that the Committee is
providing input to, in order to summarise what is being
achieved.
