There have been representations from the
public objecting to the proposal due to the building being
demolished without permission, concerns over contaminated land and
concerns over drainage on site

Defer for a site visit to allow members to see
the site and better understand the site levelling, built up ground,
where soil testing had been done, and ground heights.
