Apologies were noted from
Councillors J Adams and G Reynolds.
 
The Chair asked Members if they
had any interests to declare, in terms of the Councillors’
Code of Conduct.
 
Councillor S Adams declared
interest in Item 8 (Banff and Buchan Area Committee Budget
2024/2025- Area Initiative Fund (AIF): 
Second Tranche)), by virtue of being a member of one of the
applying organisations, although not involved in the fundraising
applications.  He indicated he would
leave the meeting and take no part in the discussion of, or
determination of, the matter.
 
Councillor Cox made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 8 (Banff and Buchan Area
Committee Budget 2024/2025- Area Initiative Fund (AIF):  Second Tranche)), by reason of being involved with
one of the successful applicants for the first tranche of
money.  He indicated he would remain in
the meeting and take part in the discussion as there was no
remaining clash of interest to declare.
