Purpose

The purpose of this report is to present to
Committee a Briefing Note recently published by Internal Audit.
Internal Audit recently conducted a review of workSTYLE as a
strategic programme. However, as part of fieldwork for the review,
Internal Audit identified two severe risks relating to access to
Woodhill House and management of sensitive records. Where these
were identified as part of the fieldwork, they are considered
outwith scope for the actual strategic review. As such, these have
been included in this Briefing Note, presented to Committee
separately. Agreed actions will be followed up and presented to
Committee as part of the standard Internal Audit update
reports.
