Item 11 - Councillor
Brown declared an interest by virtue of her previous employment
with Southwest Aberdeenshire Citizens Advice Bureau, who
were a provider of information and advice services included in the
framework proposal and items under consideration. She determined
that she would leave the meeting and take no part in that item.
 
Item 14 - Councillor Beagrie
declared an interest as chair of Peterhead Area Community Trust.
Given that the Trust had received a grant and having considered the
objective test, she concluded she would leave during discussion and
take no part in that item.
 
Item 16 - Councillor
Beagrie made a transparency statement in relation to Item 16 as
Chair of Peterhead Area Community Trust. They had a a pitch in the local area and had involvement with
local football. But having applied the objective test, she
determined that her connection was so remote that she would remain
and participate for that item.
