Remove recommendation 1.2.4 (as the Annual
Scrutiny Report was not on the agenda).
 
Remove recommendation 1.2.5 and instead
instruct the Communities Committee Chair, Vice Chair, and
Opposition spokesperson to meet, consider, and provide feedback to
Officers with information about the Committee’s contribution
to providing assurance that it had complied with the Code of
Corporate Governance and ensure that the Code was Operating
effectively in practice, prior to the 16 August 2024 Audit
Committee
