Councillor Crawley declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 8, as the Chair of the local Business
Club, as he was involved in getting signatures and sign-off from
landlords for the CCTV to be on their premises. However having
applied the objective test, he concluded that he had no interest to
declare and that he would remain and take part in the determination
of the item.
