Purpose

Committee is requested to comment on and
endorse the Head of Service Business Plans, consider, comment, and
agree the performance measures detailed in each Business Plan, and
instruct the Director of Education and Children’s Services to
present Business Plan performance reports to the Committee on a
six-monthly basis.
