MID SUFFOLK PLANNING COMMITTEE – 8 MEMBERS   To exercise the Councils powers as local planning authority in respect of:   (i)     All aspects of planning and development control referred to Committee for determination in accordance with the Protocol for Use of Planning Officer Delegations.

  (ii)    All aspects of planning and development control where the decision would not be in accordance with the overall policies and procedures approved by the Council as defined within the Protocol for Use of Planning Officer Delegations.
