Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals
relating to the direct award pf a contract for the provision of
Print Services for Marketing and Information Materials and Web-to
Print services.

Content

Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Agree
that the Council proceed with the procurement of a contract for the
provision of Print Services for Marketing and Information Materials
and Web-to-Print in accordance with the strategy set out in this
report and
 
(ii)  Authorise the
Director of Strategy, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Community Leadership and Engagement
and the Head of Legal, to conduct the procurement and award and
enter into the contract(s) and all other necessary or ancillary
agreements to fully implement and effect the proposals.
