Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to approve the
B&D Energy Business Plan for 2025-2028.

Content

Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Approve the B&D
Energy Limited Business Plan 2025/30 at Appendix A to the report;
and
 
(ii)  Authorise the
Strategic Director, Inclusive Growth and Place, in consultation
with the Shareholder Panel and the Head of Legal, to take all
necessary action to enable B&D Energy to carry out its
proposals under the Business Plan and to agree any variations to
the business plan, legal agreements or shareholder agreement as
necessary, subject to the provisions of the Subsidy Control Act
2022.
