Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to
endorse the proposed three-year delivery plan relating to the
Council’s Local Implementation Plan (LIP) funding submission
to Transport for London (TfL) for the period 2025/26 to 2027/28,
which identifies a programme of transport projects that meet
outcomes and targets set out in the Mayor of London’s
Transport Strategy and the Council’s priorities.

Content

Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Note the details of
the TfL LIP funded transport programme for 2025/26 - 2027/28 and
related benefits arising from delivery, as detailed in section 2
and Appendix 1 to the report;
 
(ii)  Agree to accept TfL
LIP grant funding currently totalling £4.946m and the
conditions of funding as set out in related TfL guidance;
 
(iii)  Agree to proceed with
delivery of the 2025/26 TfL funded LIP programme with Be First
commissioned to manage its delivery; and
 
(iv)  Delegate authority to the
Strategic Director, Inclusive Growth and Place, in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development,
to agree any appropriate / necessary changes to the programme.
