Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Agree the direction
of travel set out in the report, including the design principles,
lessons learnt, service activity and investment needs underpinning
the Neighbourhood Plan; and
 
(ii)  Agree to a programme
of engagement with staff, residents and key stakeholders over the
summer period alongside data, economic and financial analysis and
modelling, in order to develop an outline business case for
Cabinet’s consideration later in the year.
