Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to approve the Be
First Business Plan for 2025-2028.

Content

Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Approve the Be First
(Regeneration) Ltd Business Plan 2025/30 as set out at Appendix 1
to the report; and
 
(ii)  Authorise the
Strategic Director, Inclusive Growth and Place, in consultation
with the Shareholder Panel and the Head of Legal, to take all
necessary action to enable Be First (Regeneration) Ltd to implement
its proposals within the Business Plan and to agree any variations
to the business plan, legal agreements or shareholder agreement as
necessary, subject to the provisions of the Subsidy Control Act
2022.
