Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Agree that the
Council proceeds with provision of an Out of Hours Telephony
service via the partnership framework, led by the London Borough of
Ealing, as detailed in the report; and
 
(ii)  Delegate authority
to the Director of Strategy, in consultation with the Head of
Legal, to conduct the procurement and award and enter into the
contract(s) and any other ancillary agreements with the successful
bidder(s).
