Purpose

As part of the review of governance of Council-owned
companies, the Cabinet will be asked to approve proposed
changes to governance and a new direction for the
companies under Barking and Dagenham Trading Partnership (also
known as BD Group).

Content

Cabinet resolved to:
 
(i)  Note and endorse the
governance changes at BD Group, as set out in the report; and
 
(ii)  Agree that a new BD
Group Business Plan be submitted to Cabinet for approval within
five months.
