The Health & Wellbeing Board and ICB Sub-Committee (Committees in Common) approved the Neighbourhood Working Update on 13 January 2026. The decision noted the progress on the National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme and proposals to refresh governance arrangements. The council will develop integrated neighbourhood teams, refine cohort selection, and develop an outcomes framework.
