The Health & Wellbeing Board decided to approve the Barking and Dagenham Adult Mental Health Needs Assessment on 29 September 2026. The assessment describes the distribution of population mental ill-health, outlines current support, and makes recommendations for mental health promotion, prevention, and support. The board also endorsed the publication of the assessment and associated qualitative research.
