Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals
relating to new streamlined governance and working procedures
relating to the allocation and spend of Community Infrastructure
Levy (CIL) and Section 106 developer contributions, in order to
help deliver the infrastructure needed across the Borough to
support the Council’s inclusive growth agenda.
