The Cabinet will be asked to approve the
Barking and Dagenham Trading Partnership Business Plan for
2023-2026.

Cabinet resolved
to:
 
(i)  Approve
the BDTP Business Plan for 2023/24 - 2026/27, as set out at
Appendix 1 to the report; and
 
(ii)  Delegate
authority to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the
Shareholder Panel, to take all necessary action to enable BDTP to
implement its proposals within the Business Plan and to agree any
variations to the Business Plan, legal agreements or shareholder
agreement as necessary, subject to the provisions of the Subsidy
Control Act 2022.
