The Health & Wellbeing Board approved the minutes of the meeting on 21 July 2026. The Health & Wellbeing Board and ICB Sub-Committee resolved to agree the endorsement of the 'It Starts Here: Partnership for Change' plan. They also resolved to approve the Better Care Fund Plan for 2026/27 and agreed the VCFSE Strategy - Equitable System Partnership (NEL VCFSE Collaborative).
