About

The Cabinet is the executive arm of Barnet Council, responsible for developing and implementing key council policies and strategies. It proposes the annual budget, including the Council Tax, and monitors its implementation. The Cabinet also manages the Council's Capital Programme and approves policies, including those that are not part of the Council's overall policy framework. It makes all Key Decisions affecting the council and its residents.
