The North Area Committee, representing wards including East Barnet and High Barnet, serves as a forum for residents to raise local issues. It considers matters affecting the local environment such as parking, road safety, and transport, as well as town centre regeneration and conservation areas. The committee also determines the allocation of Community Infrastructure Levy funding for the area. It can receive deputations and petitions from residents, with the exception of licensing and planning applications.
