To authorise the private treaty acquisition of 9
Whittle, Wiggins Mead, on the terms detailed in this report and
accompanying exempt appendix and instruct HBPL to complete the
necessary documentation.

To authorise the acquisition of the shared equity
property detailed in the exempt report as a replacement property
for the current leaseholder of 9 Whittle on the terms detailed in
this report and the accompanying exempt appendix and instruct HBPL
to complete the necessary documentation
