Purpose

Summary
The report seek approval for the award of contracts for the
provision of cyclical and reactive term maintenance under Lots 1 to
11 across London Borough of Barnet sites and participating schools.
The contracts will commence of 1 September 2022 for a three-year
period with option to extend for a further period of up to two
years subject to performance and budget.
