Purpose
- To retrospectively note the previous missing audit trail and decision sign off as set out in the section 6 (Legal Implications and Constitution references) of this report.
- To extend the contracts for NHS Health Checks for GP practices in Barnet that are signed up to deliver the NHS Health Checks programme for 12 months from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 at an expected cost of £230,000.
- To extend contracts for Smoking Cessation for GP practices in Barnet that are signed up to deliver community-based smoking cessation services for 12 months from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 at an expected cost of £11,488.
- To extend contracts for Smoking Cessation for pharmacies in Barnet that are signed up to deliver community-based smoking cessation services for 24 months from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026 at an expected cost of £42,306.
