To vary the contract with Barnet
Mencap for the provision of Early Intervention and Prevention
Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autistic Adults
with effect from 1st April 2025 (month 8 of the
contract) by reducing the monthly value of the contract from
£28,583 to £24,417 for the remaining contract term (a
reduction of 14.57% to the monthly value). The contract value/price
from 1st September 2024 until 31st August 2025 (Year 1 of the
contract term) will be reduced from £343,000 to
£322,167. From 1st September 2025 the annual contract
value/price of the service will be £293,000.
To vary the contract with Barnet
Citizens Advice Bureau (BCAB) for the provision of Community Advice
Services with effect from 1st April 2025 by reducing the
quarterly value of the contract from £86,888.20 to £74,388.20 for the remaining
contract term (a reduction of 14.39% to the quarterly value). The
annual contract value from 1st April 2025 will be
reduced from £347,552.80 to £297,552.80.
To vary the contract with Age UK
Barnet for the provision of Neighbourhood Services for Older Adults
with effect from 1st April 2025 (month 8 of the
contract) by reducing the monthly value of the contract from
£37,500 to £33,333.33 for the remaining contract term
(a reduction of 11.11% to the monthly value).  The annual contract value from 1st
September 2024 until 31st August 2025 will reduce from
£450,000 to £429,166.67.
