implementation date:
The proposer acquires the premises
at 48 Finchley Lane, Hendon, London NW4 1DJ, on a leasehold title
of a minimum term of 125 years at a peppercorn rent.
If
required by the Council, the proposer enters a separate agreement
with the Council stipulating that it will not end or alter the
terms of the lease without the Council’s prior written
consent.
