Purpose

On Monday 8th September 2025, a
meeting was held with the Leader of the Council to determine the
nomination of the Phoenix Cinema, 52 High Road, London N2 9PJ as an
Asset of Community Value. The meeting was attended by the Leader of
the Council, the nominating group, Councillor Alison Moore as Ward
Member, and representatives of the Governance Service.
 
Having taking into account the information in
the DPR report, the Leader of the Council decided to approve the
recommendation to list the Phoenix Cinema as an Asset of Community
Value.

Decision

That the Leader of the Council and Cabinet
Member – Strategic Partnerships, Economy, and Effective
Council approve the listing of Phoenix Cinema, 52 High Road, London
N2 9PJ as an Asset of Community Value.
