Decision

1. 1.     Authorisation to raise new Purchase Orders under the existing contracts for the following consultants:
   
   
   

i)                 Eversheds Sutherland to the amount of £577,250 for legal advice on CPO land and tribunal matters.

ii)               Newsteer Real Estate Advisors to amount of £149,395 for strategy property advice on CPO and tribunal matters.

iii)       Baker Tilly Virchow Krause Advisory LLP (Btvk Advisory LLP) to the amount of £123,210 for advice on forensic accounting in relation to a CPO claims and tribunal matters.

1. To delegate authority to the Assistant Director of Brent Cross to sign Eversheds Sutherland’s updated Standard Terms of Engagement and any other related agreement expressly set out in the Standard Terms of Engagement.
   
   
   
2. To note that additional DPRs or ODs might be required to raise new Purchase Orders under these existing contracts, in order to progress other land related matters as described in paragraph 1.2.
