Purpose

This report details the decision of the
Executive Director of Assurance and Public Protection to approve
the procurement of the Offsite Storage and Scanning Contract within
the ESPO Framework with a total spend of £0.340m over the 3
years plus the one-year optional extension.
 
Barnet has a requirement for the provision of
offsite document storage services. Due to the highly confidential
information these files contain, the supplier must store these
documents in a secure facility. The council needs to maintain an
offsite storage and scanning solution to support the statutory
retention of various paper-based files and to support the council
workforce in hybrid working.
