Decision

1.               
To approve an award of a contract for CCTV parking
enforcement software and maintenance services to Marston (Holdings)
Limited under the direct award procedure through the Crown
Commercial Service Transport Technology & Associated Services
framework (“the Framework”), incorporating the terms of
the Framework. The contract will run from 1 November 2025 for a
period of two years, with an option to extend by a further two
years at the Council’s discretion (such discretion shall be
subject to available budget at that time and subject to the
provider’s satisfactory performance) with a total procurement
value of £4,000,000.00

2.               
To provide authority to officers, in line with the
scheme of delegation, to implement the contract requirements of the
Framework and deliver the associated monitoring
arrangements.
