The Executive Director of Environment approved the award of a contract for cashless parking services to PaybyPhone Limited on 03/10/2025. The contract will run for two years from 1 November 2025, with an option to extend for a further year. Officers are authorised to implement the contract requirements and monitoring arrangements.
