Purpose
The
existing minibuses access route is considered to be at high risk as
children can run in front of busses. Consequently, it has been
prioritised in accordance with the Council’s Modernisation
and SEN Programme 2025/2026 and verified by the BELS and Estates /
Building Services Team of London Borough of Barnet.
The
design and specification were taken to provide new safe access and
associates elements. The main contractor was selected following
Procurement mini competition
process between LBB Term
Contractors.
Works are scheduled to take place on site during
summer holiday 2025 and to be completed by October 2025.
