Purpose

existing set of toilets is old and obsolete presenting H&S
hazard. Consequently, it has been prioritised in accordance with
the Council’s Modernisation Programme and SEN Programme
2025/2026 and verified by the BELS and Estates / Building Services
Team of London Borough of Barnet.
The
design and specification were taken via the design and build
procurement route using the SW Bruce, LBB Term
contractor.
The works include removal of
the existing cubicles and provision of new cubicles and sanitary
equipment. Works are scheduled to take place on site and to be
completed by October 2025.
