and Estates / Building Services Team of London Borough of

The design and specification were taken by SW
Bruce, LBB Term contractor. The main contractor was selected
following Procurement mini competition
process between LBB Term
Contractors.
Works are
scheduled to take place on site during summer holiday 2025 and to
be completed by October 2025.
