Purpose

children by providing new teaching space with associated internal
space and new external areas.
Consequently, it has been prioritised in accordance with the
Council’s Modernisation and SEN Programme 2025/2026 and
verified by the BELS and Estates / Building Services Team of London
Borough of Barnet.
The design and specification were taken to
provide teaching accommodation within the existing building layout
at Claremont School. The main contractor was selected following
Procurement mini competition
process between LBB Term
Contractors.
Works are
scheduled to take place on site during summer holiday 2025 and to
be completed by October 2025.
