Decision

The Executive Director of
Growth in consultation with the Leader of the Council and Portfolio
Holder for Strategic Partnerships, Economy and Effective Council
approves the unconditional sale of the Site for the price mentioned
in Appendix B including:
 
1.    
A change to the named purchaser from United Synagogue (noted in
the
Cabinet Report) to United
Synagogue Trusts Limited, a company established
by the purchaser to hold
the Site on trust for United Synagogue.
 
2.    
The inclusion of an additional area of unregistered land
(hatched green on the Site Plan – Appendix A) of which the
Council only has possessory title.

 
3.    
The execution of the final Contract for Sale and the Transfer
(appendix B).
