Decision

To approve award of contract to
Turner & Townsend Infrastructure Ltd to provide project
management services up to Nov 2027 for a contract value of
£2,057,139 plus VAT, including an inflation allowance of
£40,964 
for inflation assuming 4% uplift for period Dec 26-Nov
27.  

 

To approve further payments to
Turner & Townsend Ltd for changes to the contract if required
and containable within the allocated and approved budget, including
if the inflation rate varies from 4%.

 

To provide authority to officers
to implement the required contract requirements and deliver
monitoring arrangements. 

 

To provide authority to officers,
in line with the scheme of delegation and in consultation the
Executive Director for
Growth, the Executive Director of Resources (S151 Officer) and the
Leader, to approve and instruct changes in accordance with
the contract.
